we sell products to companies and to individuals over the age of 18. The terms of delivery are effective from May 1, 2021. The terms of delivery may change, so please familiarize yourself with them every time you order from us.

 

Products and Product Prices

 

The features and prices of the products are presented in the product descriptions for each item. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the prices before you accept the order. The customer accepts the terms of delivery at the time of ordering.

Delivery methods and shipping costs

 

In Finland, our most common delivery times domestically are 2-7 business days. We strive to deliver the order as quickly as possible. The shipping costs charged for the order consist of the product (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. Delivery methods include parcels via Matkahuolto and Posti. We also deliver artworks internationally. There are differences in delivery times depending on the destination country.

 

Ordering and contract

 

You can order products from our website, by sending a message to our email address or by calling. Custom orders are requested in the same way. By ordering from me, you are required to be familiar with and committed to my delivery terms. You understand that the order you accept and confirm is binding and creates a contract between us in accordance with these delivery terms (except for the customer's right of cancellation mentioned later).

Payment and Terms

 

Ordering outside of Finland, we will send you the invoice before the shipping. When the payment has arrived, we will ship the product. Shipping to USA, it takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive. Shipping inside of Europe it´s usually a bit faster. When ordering a custom job, we charge half of the total amount as an advance payment, and the final amount will be charged upon completion of the custom job.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

 

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during shipping, or does not otherwise meet your order/expectations, please kindly inform me as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. After this, we will agree on how to resolve the issue.

​

It is important to us that the products you ordered please you. Our customers have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act if the product was ordered from my site (does not apply to custom orders). If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at your own shipping cost within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and demonstrably in the condition in which it was received, and all parts belonging to the product are intact. We are not in charge if the product gets damaged during shipping, and in that case we will not return the payment to the customer.

 

If you wish to make a return, please always contact us first. If you have already paid for the product, the price will be refunded to your account after the product has arrived to us in good condition.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

Leaving a delivery uncollected is not an official cancellation, and we will charge all shipping costs from your final amount. If the product arrives to us damaged, we will charge the customer with full amount of the product.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

 

If the package is damaged in the mail, you must immediately file a complaint with the post office regarding the product.

​

When sending a return:

- Notify us about the return via email or by calling

- Carefully pack and protect the product (make sure nothing puts dents in the canvas of the painting).

- Include your name, address, and phone number with the return.

- Deliver it to the nearest post office and let us know the tracking number once it has been delivered. Thank you.

Tilaus- ja sopimusehdot

Myymme tuotteita yrityksille sekä täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille. Toimitusehdot ovat voimassa 01.05.2021 alkaen. Toimitusehdot saattavat muuttua, joten tutustuthan niihin aina tilatessasi meiltä.

Tuotteet ja tuotteiden hinnat

​

Tuotteiden ominaisuudet ja hinnat on esitetty kunkin tuotteen tuote-esittelyn yhteydessä. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvolisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin, joten tarkastathan hinnat ennen kuin hyväksyt tilauksen. Asiakas hyväksyy toimitusehdot tilauksen yhteydessä.

Toimitustavat ja toimituskulut

​

Yleisimmät toimitusajat kotimaassa ovat 2-7 arkipäivää. Pyrimme toimittamaan tilauksen aina mahdollisimman nopeasti. Tilauksesta veloitettavat toimituskulut koostuvat tuotteesta (esim. paino, pakkaus) ja valitusta toimitustavasta. Toimitustavat ovat matkahuollon ja postin paketit. Toimitamme taideteoksia myös ulkomaille. Toimitusajassa eroja kohdemaasta riippuen.

Tilaaminen ja sopimus

​

Voit tilata tuotteita verkkokaupastamme valittavissa olevilla maksutavoilla, lähettämällä siitä viestin sähköpostiosoitteeseemme tai soittamalla. Tilatessasi meiltä, sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen toimitusehtoihin. Ymmärrät, että hyväksymäsi ja vahvistavamme tilaus on sitova ja luo näiden toimitusehtojen kanssa välillemme sopimuksen (paitsi myöhemmin mainittava asiakkaan peruutusoikeus).

Maksaminen ja maksuehdot

​

Verkkokaupasta hankitut tuotteet maksetaan suoraan  korttimaksuina

Toimitan sinulle laskun laskutuspalvelun kautta heti tuotteen lähetyksen jälkeen kymmenen vuorokauden maksuajalla. Maksun viivästyessä maksumuistutuslaskuun lisätään viivästymiskulut. Maksamatta jättäminen johtaa perintätoimiin.

 

Tilaustyön tilatessasi veloitamme ennakkomaksuna puolet kokonaissummasta ja loppusumma veloitetaan tilaustyön valmistuttua.

Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot

​

Tarkistathan toimituksen heti sen saatuasi. Jos tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut lähetyksen aikana, tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi/odotuksiasi, niin ilmoitathan tästä ystävällisesti mahdollisimman pian, kuitenkin viimeistään 14vrk:n kuluessa vastaanottamisesta. Tämän jälkeen sovimme kuinka saamme asian korjattua.

 

Meille on tärkeää, että tilaamasi tuotteet miellyttävät sinua. Asiakkaillamme on suomen kuluttajasuojalain mukainen 14:sta päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus, mikäli tuote on tilattu sivustoltamme (ei koske tilaustöitä). Mikäli tuote ei täytä odotuksiasi, voit palauttaa sen postituskulujen hinnalla 14vrk:n kuluessa vastaanottamisesta mikäli tuote on käyttämätön ja todistetusti siinä kunnossa jossa sen vastaanotit, ja kaikki tuotteeseen kuuluvat osat ovat ehjinä tallella. Halutessasi tehdä palautuksen, otathan aina ensin ystävällisesti yhteyttä. Mikäli olet jo ehtinyt maksaa tuotteen, palautetaan tuotteen hinta tilillesi.

Emme vastaanota palautuksia yli 14vrk kuluttua sen vastaanottamisesta.

​

Toimituksen noudotta jättäminen ei ole virallinen peruutus, vaan perimme kaikki toimituskulut loppusummastasi.

​

ALENNUSTUOTTEILLA EI OLE VAIHTO- TAI PALAUTUSOIKEUTTA.

Jos paketti on vioittunut postissa, on tuotteesta tehtävä välittömästi reklamaatio postiin.

Palautusta lähettäessä:

​

- Ilmoita palautuksesta sähköpostitse tai soittamalla

- Pakkaa ja suojaa tuote huolellisesti (katsothan, ettei mikään paina taulun kankaaseen lommoja).

- Liitä palautukseen mukaan nimesi, osoitteesi ja puhelinnumerosi.

- Toimita lähimpään postitoimipaikkaan ja ilmoita meille seurantatunnus, kun tämä on toimitettu. Kiitos.

Katja Stefanovic Art Design ei vastaa mistään tilaukseen tai toimitukseen tai tuotteeseen liittyvästä, tai mistään edellä mainitusta aiheutuneesta välillisestä tai välittömästä tai muusta vahingosta, paitsi siihen asti kun pakottava määräys kuluttajansuojalaissa tai muussa pakottavassa laissa on kyseisen vahingon osalta toisin määrännyt.

Erimielisyydet

​

Pyrimme sopimaan tilaustasi koskevat mahdolliset erimielisyydet ensisijaisesti sopimalla, joten otathan yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme.

 

Jos kauppasopimusta koskevaa erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla, voidaan silloin asia viedä kuluttajariitalautakunnan ratkaistavaksi.
